The previous long time owners of this establishment were friendly and helpful, but ever since they sold the place a couple of years ago to the crabbiest, meanest women, it is not worth the hassle for good dry cleaning. I have tried on several occasions to give her the benefit of the doubt, myself having been in customer service for many years...but today was it! She called me a liar, telling me that I had already "picked up", and all this without checking a thing. At first I didn't comprehend read more » what she was accusing me of, but when I did I politely told her that she did not know me and therefore should not be calling me a liar. I paid for my clothes, which she did not want to give me because I had no ticket, even though the name on my ID and Credit Card were the same as the one on her ticket. UNBELIEVABLE. PLEASE do not go to this women, and if you do, you will quickly learn how rude she is, because at first you think that maybe she's just having a bad day, but I have learned from other people that that is just her...RUDE.
