From start to finish the process of buying a quality truck surpassed our exceptions at the New Gilroy GMC dealership. Our first interaction with seasoned salesman James on the lot and test driving the 2018 Denali with his courteous wingman Isaiah made us comfortable enough to make an offer. Adriana on internet sales was nice enough to send us over a quote while we awaited at home and thought it over. Not even two hours later we were back and making the purchase. Since buying the truck last Sunday 10/1/17 we have made multiple trips to the dealership to have the new one Auto Butler and take a less than 1 yr old Chevy truck in for service. Their service shop is BY FAR THE BEST I've ever dealt with AND the easiest. I was told a part we needed may take 3-5 days, somehow they were able to get it the next day. Interacting with Dallas, Moose and Casey was NOTHING but spectacular, friendly and exceedingly timely. I've told many people that I felt as if I was their only customer because their attention to detail and customer service was bar none.
